A fairly new operation, having only opened its first shop in 2021, The Good Salad has grown a large following in a short time by offering customizable salad options with fresh ingredients prepared in-house every day at reasonable prices. Orenchi Ramen | Opened in 2023
Another State Street Market addition, Orenchi Ramen offers delicious homemade fresh noodles that complement the authentic Japanese ramen soup. Flavorful favorites also include fried chicken karaage, takoyaki and super fresh Japanese street foods.
Holder’s Country Inn | Opened in 2023
A South Bay favorite with a loyal customer base, Holder’s Country Inn expanded to Downtown Los Altos earlier this year, bringing homestyle dining to the Los Altos Village. Opening every day at 7AM, Holder’s Country Inn is a great place to grab breakfast. I highly recommend the blackened salmon tacos.
Redwood Grill | Opened in 2022
Located in the popular Rancho Shopping Center, Redwood Grill has expanded from its original Redwood City location to now have a second home here in Los Altos. Redwood Grill serves California comfort food and is a perfect venue for gatherings and events.
Tal Palo | Opened in 2022
A unique addition to Downtown Los Altos, Tal Palo is part cafe, part store, part bar, part gathering space. Serving authentic Mexican cuisine and with a rotating and inventive menu, there’s always something new to learn and taste at Tal Palo. I can’t wait to try this place!
